PROJECT DESCRIPTION

  This was Designed for Mr. Nagabhushan who resides in Chintamani town which is 70 kms from Bengaluru. He hails from a farming background & is into transport Business too . He is one of our best clients till date as he never troubled us with any unpractical requirements/ payment issues :) He also gave us a complete freedom to do the designs & make his project one of a kind in that Area atleast. He had a very good taste through out the project , appreciated a lot & Believed in us undoubtedly. This trust factor made us do the extra hardwork to see to it that project comes really well in every aspect. The client is very happily living there now with his wife & 2 college going kids . He is also proud of his house now as many in that area (Prabhakar Layout ) tell him that its the Best Designed House & he also feels the same . He has given a feedback that his house has come more than his expectation & perfectly managed within his Budget & without any hassles for any of the project related things. The favourite things in his house right now is the facade , Gazebo at the terrace , living room & his master bedroom CONCEPT & DETAILS The site size was 40 ft x 50 ft facing towards West. Its a Duplex House with total 4 bedrooms in 2 floors & 1 Gym room in terrace. The whole house was designed with a contemporary look & yet giving some traditional touch . Ground floor has one big car parking with full wall cladding in granite with a neat geometrical pattern , double height living room with a skylight of 8 ft x 8 ft . The beauty of this skylight is its clear one single toughened glass + laminated sheet + toughened glass +heat controlling sun film to give clear appearance of sky both in day & night . As its without any MS support & is just rested on the four walls , it looks outstanding & so connected to nature all the time. Ground Floor also accomodates Dining, Kitchen , Utility area, pooja room , common toilet & Master bedroom with attached dressing & toilet . First Floor has a familt room with a double height ceiling above pooja room . As the client did not wanted any functionality space above pooja we have created one artificial garden with a ganesha idol at centre on the FRP Pedestal. Family room then connects with 3 rooms with attached dressing rooms & toilets & it also has one common Sit out of size 10 ft x 8 ft where the outdoor furniture like coffe table - Chairs & a Diwaan is enhancing the functionality of the space ! Then comes the last part i.e., The Terrace where everyone loves to spend their evenings & late nights as its got a 10 ft x 18 ft Gazebo with permanent outdoor sofas & lots of greenery too within a handpicked FRP planters. Terrace also has a gym room & a pantry area within that so that it can take care of the hunger of people at gym/gazebo. 20 percent of this terrace is reserved for utility space also & drying clothes . But its designed in such a way that its not seen evidently anywhere from terrace sitting area. Water softners , 300 ltrs Solar is kept on the top of the gym rooms to take care of soft & hot waters for most of the time. The whole Process of Design was very memorable & interesting throughout its phase. We enjoyed completely doing this project as if we were doing our own house. We kept the Process very simple .We understood the minute requirements & the details from client & went on to give best solution in everything. As we handled Complete Architecture , Interiors & furnishing Design - the entire process was very close top our heart .We made sure Best contractors Executed the job in all aspects & also every material was selected by us so that there is no doubt about the quality & its outcome. We even gave our Consultation in the procurement of Electronics, Gym equipments , loose furniture & even to an extent of rugs / bathroom matts as we thought no where project & its elements should fall behind . Overall we are also very happy about this project & as we gave our 100 Percent & seeing this many people are approaching us for more projects . We also grabbed 17000 SFT mansion project in half an acre plot size . So yes this project is really a Sweetheart for us :)
